Federal Contracts Consulting Services, LLC (FCCS) provides senior-level federal contracts consulting services with special emphases given to small and disadvantaged minority businesses that are certified in the Small Business Administration Business Development Program, commonly referred to as the 8(a) Program, to locate and secure Government set-aside contracts.

FCCS specializes in the development of requirements analysis, proposal development, contract review and contract negotiations, as well as other business related activities needed to successfully pursue prime contracting opportunities in the federal marketplace.

FCCS works through an extensive network of relationships and contacts with federal end-users, Contracting Officers, and small business partners to identify, develop, and support federal contracting requirements that can be set-aside for the 8(a) Program. FCCS represents 8(a) firms that are well-qualified to perform technical work for federal agencies and, working with end-users and Government contracting offices, matches corporate technical skills and past performance to agency projects and requirements.

FCCS Business Objectives:

• Identify highly-qualified, technically sound 8(a) companies that desire to obtain
  prime contracts with the federal Government.
• Identify federal agencies with contracting requirements that are and/or can be
  set-aside for direct award to an 8(a) firm and/or through competition among
  8(a) companies.
• Develop winning small business technical solutions that meet the full
  requirements of federal Clients and agencies.
• Combine resources to coordinate a team effort that results in an award to
  an 8(a) partner that can deliver superior services to the customer.
